The Nordic Cleantech sector has shown impressive growth over four consecutive years. This development is fuelled by a growing group of cleantech-focused Nordic investors and has increasingly involved international capital and industrial investors (4 out of 5 top Nordic deals in 2010 included a non-Nordic investor).
Investment Opportunities
This showcase is a matchmaking event between a strong and growing pipeline of Nordic cleantech growth companies and the vibrant California venture community.
A jury of 60 leading industrials and investors, connected to the Nordic Cleantech Open, have selected companies based on their growth potential to present their exciting ideas – the best of the best from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
Five of these are early-stage companies and five are growth-stage companies with proven business cases: all of them addressing international markets early on with scalable solutions.
